Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
TomatoPeter Studio ("we", "our", or "us") publishes this policy for the studio website at tomatopeterapp.com and for apps that do not publish a separate privacy policy.
If an app has its own privacy page, that app page controls for that app. Examples:
This Website
tomatopeterapp.com is a static site. We do not create accounts, run a mailing list, or set first-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and the CDNs that serve fonts or icons may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps under their own policies. We do not use that data to identify you.
If you email us, we use the address and message only to reply.
Our Apps
This section applies to TomatoPeter Studio apps that do not publish a separate privacy policy.
Depending on the app and the features you use, we may collect or process:
- App Usage Data: Feature interactions, preferences, progress, settings, or in-app activity.
- Device and Diagnostic Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and technical diagnostics.
- User-Provided Content: Information or files you choose to enter, upload, edit, save, or process within an app.
- Purchase Information: If an app offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchase status may be processed through Apple App Store services.
- Advertising and Analytics Data: Some apps may use analytics or advertising services to understand performance, improve the app, or display ads.
Some apps work entirely offline and may not collect or transmit personal information. Data stored locally on your device may be deleted when you uninstall the app.

Local Data Storage
Many of our apps store data locally on your device. Local data is not accessible to us unless the app specifically transmits it through an online feature, backup service, analytics service, support request, or third-party SDK.
You can usually delete local app data by deleting the app from your device or by using in-app deletion or reset options if available.

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Some apps may display advertisements. Advertising partners may collect or process device, usage, or advertising-related data depending on your device settings and consent choices.
If an app does not include ads, this section does not apply to that app. This website does not show ads.

We may receive limited purchase or subscription status information needed to unlock paid features, restore purchases, provide support, or prevent fraud.

Some apps may request access to device permissions such as Photos, Camera, Microphone, Notifications, Location, or Health data, depending on their features.
Permissions are only requested when needed for app functionality. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings.
